-- CPM (Cost per Mile or Impression) , For every 1000 Impressions the advertiser have to pay Google. This CPM pricing model was used for Ads apart from Text Ads used in Display Network.
-- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) , For every conversion the advertiser have to pay Google. This CPA pricing model was used for Text Ads in Search network.

NETWORKS

In Google AdWords we have 2 different networks.

1. Search Network:

Search Network depends on Text ad's. Based upon Keywords the the text ad's will display in Google search. If our ad will display then it will be counted as one impression, If any body click's on that text ad then the advertiser have to pay some bid's to Google based on the auction of the competitors.

2. Display Network.

Display Network Depends on Content of the website, Based on the website content the Display Ad's like Image Ad's, Flash Ad's, Animation Ad's will appear in the websites.
